Just finished a light restoration of this late 40’s 8 x 14 Broadway Standard…such a meaty drum…it came just as you see it, I only put new heads and snare wires on it and replaced the missing badge and grommet. Someone touched up the interior paint and it has what look to me like 50’s Gretsch hoops on it and I’m going to keep them on there as part of this drums historical journey.

Love it. From the badge it looks to be a ‘48 or ‘49. I would love to find the 8” Leedy & Ludwig Broadway. I have the 4.5”, 5.5”, and 6.5” all in WMP.
