60's ludwig 12x17 and a zephyr lug 7x11. ludwig&ludwig comet pedal and a 16" vibra zanchi sizzle cymbal. early 20's heavy shell brass snare.

is that a converted marcher mike?
thanks lazer. it was/is a tenor tom. no marching brackets or extra holes. i'm using some wfl/ludwig hoop mounted spurs on it and also hoop mounted tom and cymbal holder.

OMG, I made up a 10/13/16 Gretsch kit for my son when he was like 7. Wrapped in turquoise glass. It's gorgeous. Had the kick sitting on a DW cradle. I have to dig out that picture. He loved it but in about what seemed like a week he was playing so well I added a 22 and turned it into a more standard five piece. Gorgeous kit but I think the 16 as a kick is just not useful to any style we ever played.

ludwig mid 60's 20/12/14 wmp clubdates with matching pioneer. ive been playing this kit non-stop for awhile now. it really sings.
