Low snare stand that would work to use a 12" or 13" power tom as a floor tom?

I bought my 15x12 this way....

Pretty straightforward. Whoever did the conversion, they just removed the strainer and butt and installed regular tom heads.
Legs and brackets appear generic.
It works.
however...
My point was to suggest a dog bone set low on a cymbal stand, clamping the tom arm that came with those toms...or do they no longer have their respective brackets?

So how did you get that collar off?
Butane torch and Channel-Loks?
Just a small hammer, keep tapping on the underside alongside the tube and eventually it will pop off. Installation is the reverse.

Here's how I mounted my 10x14 Tempus tom using either Pearl Optimount or standard 10.5 mm L-arm

Cribbon,

Cool idea and along the lines of what I suggested.
Glad to see it works for you.
How is that Opti-Mount working with that tom?
Does it enhance the sound, or is it just another way to mount the tom.
Asking because I've been playing with the idea of putting one on my Ludwig kit.
