This is a 5"x15" 6-lug Theatre Model from the early 1920s. This is a heavy 2-piece shell that is definitely players grade. Most notably the throw-off has been replaced with a P-83 which required two small holes in the shell. This was done professionally and, in my opinion, is an upgrade from the original throw. Newer clips and tension rods are to be noted as well. Beautiful drum with a very unique character. Original NOB shell and NOB hoops. Looking to get $450 plus shipping within the continental US. that's a steal for this drum...strainer change not withstanding!
this size/lug configuration is very cool and open sounding...not selling my own 8 lug 5x15 might be the best decision i made this year
