Ludwig 5/16 Spurs

Do these spurs fit into a 1/2” leg mount and able to be tightened? I’d like to swap my 1/2” the cheapest way possible.

Thanks. Do you know if the hole pattern is the same if I decide to swap out to 5/16 from 1/2 mounts?
