So I have it listed for sale on Reverb.com. Nice condition. It's priced at $410 shipped, BUT I'M ACCEPTING CASH OFFERS. [No trades.]

You no longer chasing mod orange drums down?
Actually, I'm just fine-tuning my kit. I managed to upgrade [for a bunch of money] and found a 12x8, 13x9, and 14x10 that shows a fair amount of purple. I also made a floor tom out of a 15x12, have a 16x16 and a 22x14. I'd love to find a 14x14 and 20x14 to complete the stash. I decided NOT to keep two of the same sizes, even though I've only seen one 14x10 and one 15x12 my entire playing career, which is now 36 years long. So I'm selling the duplicates.

were snare beds cut for this, or just holes drilled for butt/strainer? On such a rare wrap drum, alterations can be a devaluation.

I bought it and snare beds were already cut into it. Since Ludwig didn't make a factory 9x13 Mod Orange snare, there really isn't a market value for this drum. It'll be worth whatever I'm able to sell it for. I set the selling price based on the market value of a vintage 9x13 Mod Orange tom, and also took into account that although it was modified it had extra parts and labor added to it to make it a snare drum.
