Drums are Tama Starclassic Bubinga, snare is a 6.5 Black Beauty that belonged to the other band. This is what really gave me the BB bug, you can hear how low it’s tensioned, and how fast and cutting it still is. Doubt it’ll be for most of you, but this is one of the things I do.

Coolio.....I like!!!! Right up one of my alley's.......thanx......
Interesting though....your kit w/ others snare?....usually other kit/your snare...unless it broke.
Either way an excellent drum....BB's. You made it sound nice.
Ironically I traded a 5 1/2 x 14 BB years ago as I didn't really like it in the long run, but it was a really nice drum. I have always liked the 6 1/2 better.

Actually, none of the gear was mine, we flew in with nothing and everything, including cymbals, was provided. It was a great experience in adaptation.
