Do you have a picture of the Premier set? I’m guessing it’s the small gold lugs without tubes. Not worth $1200, I’m afraid. Those aren’t all birch either. Exports are the “Toyota Corolla” of drums — just basic transportation if you will. They sound fine. Again not worth $800, I think that’s about what they cost new.

Curious as to which anniversary kit the Premier is. I’m assuming it doesn’t look like this?

Flatwins, that picture you posted is a Signia kit. If the set in question is a 75th anniversary Signia or a Signia Marquis (import) it is definitely worth $1200. But I don't think any intelligent Premier drummer would ever offer up a Signia for a mere $1200.

Agreed! Was just thinking it may be one of those “don’t know what they have” sellers.

Signia kits are just wonderful. There's no other way to say it. I would be over the moon to have a Signia or a Genista kit.
