Here is mine (with a PDP Concept snare drum) before I had the bass drum cut down to 12 inches deep. Decent kit and IMHO is good enough for pro-level gigs.

Got my new Stage Custom bop kit in today. Just got it put together and decided to take a photo while the heads stretch before tuning. Can’t wait to sit behind it to see how it sounds!

My buddy has this same kit in the same finish . The bass drum sounds great! I’m sure the toms do too but he tunes them lower than low, not really my style. He keeps them tuned to a thud

You received your highly-anticipated brand new drum set and you took a photo and posted on a forum before you banged around on them??!! I could never do that! I’m not saying you are wrong and I am right, I just can’t see myself resisting the temptation!

I didn't read this as ball busting in the least. If anything, it's self-deprecating, because like you, I lack the patience and discipline to wait for the heads to stretch before I start beating on a new drum! And I'm OK with that.

Great kit. I got my SC's a couple months ago, and I'm lovin them. Congrats!
