Went a little nuts with new gear, but what the hell?

First up is a 22" Bosphorus Black Pearl Ride I received in trade from a fellow DFO member:

I really like this one! It has great stick definition and a short, dry decay. It crashes very well and gets out of the way quickly, which I prefer. All around a fantastic ride! I'll probably get the matching hats to go with it.

Then I got a great deal on a set of 15" New Orleans hats:

These definitely took some getting used to, but I'm really starting to like them! Great classic hi hat sound and response.

Then I sold my Crush Maple ST kit locally, so I had to get a new hi hat stand. I chose the Yamaha HHS-3 Crosstown lightweight stand:

Very sturdy, lightweight, and responsive!

These are all enviable yet pragmatic additions. People around here usually have to invest three or four times what you did to get such items.
