That is a CD Maples Kit . You can tell by the oval badge ._

Interesting....because I swear this book came out while I was in high school (I graduated in 1981).
I take it those lugs shown on that kit are the "star series" lugs you referred to in your post?

I would say my USA custom because it sounds great and it’s big enough that I could make a small kit out of it if I want
