Funny thing about Indiana Jones is the studio wanted Tom Selleck but he was too busy with Magnum PI.
That's true. That's why Selleck made a movie called Lassiter a few years later. It was meant to show what could have been.

Not that these roles could not have been played by other actors...more like-“can’t imagine another a tor in these roles”. Just too iconic.

James Dean-“Jim Stark”, Rebel Without a Cause
Marlon Brando-“Johnny”, The Wild One
Marlon Brando-On the Waterfront
Fonda, Hopper, Nicholson-Easy Rider
Boris Karloff-Frankenstein (try watching any other actor play “the monster” lol).
Mel Gibson-Braveheart
Bruce Willis-Diehard

My father was a D.I. in the Corps during the Korean War. He said Hartman and boot was exactly like what he experienced.
Yeah, But Ermee and Gosset and Goldbloom pretty much have one character they play in lots of different movies.

Don't mean to start a Bond war, but...as much as I like Sean Connery... Bond is Moore. (Or Dalton - I thought they should cast him in that role when he was still Remington Steele. But I've actually never seen him as Bond.) Connery was too old for Bond - especially in the later ones.
I prefer the new guy.

"Ruthless People"
"Hello? Debbie? Yeah, Debbie's here, who's this? Well, Ralph, uh, Debbie can't talk right now, my d*^k's in her mouth. How about if I have her call you back later when I'm done? "

"I love wrong numbers"

I never laughed so hard.
