I need help with picking a good name for my new band.

We are a post hardcore/metal band and we're looking for a name to fit our music type
So I'm asking for help please, from you my DFO brothers and sisters!

A good example of bands we sound like would be either of these bands:

  • Bring Me The Horizon
  • As Blood Runs Black

Please help!!! The name is like one of the hardest things to pick.

Thank you for your assistance, and i will let you know what name we pick and if we picked your suggested name.

Thanks again!!!

I find simple is mush easier. For example, my band spent about 30 seconds coming up with our name. drD, the initials of our members. When we added a forth member, her name was Deb. We thought about changing it to drDD but why? Now, we have a name in the area we play and it's only been a year. This is my opinion only.

The Pudge is great. Tempted to tweak it to The Vanilla Pudge.

Or just go with Moxie Bucket.

You know that urban myth about someone puttting razors in apples and then giving them to trick-or-treaters at Halloween. I was thinking about that this past October and thought a good name for a metal band would be Razorapple.
