Alright, I do this all the time. My response or statement in conversation is many times a clip or line of lyric from a song. Sometimes people pick up on it other times they don't.

I do it so much that I don't even think about it and I can't recall any specific examples right now except I responded to someone who asked me about something going on in the news and I responded "the whole thing I think is sic" and in this case they picked up on it, I was a little surprised.

Or, if someone is trying to get my attention (I get a lot of attention at work, too much - trust me on that) I'll sing "watchu watchu watchu want".
