I am so glad I found this forum, as many others can help me with my drumming skills. I want to learn more besides the common "4 on the floor" 4/4 rock beat, or the equally common 12/8 "blues shuffle" that everyone knows.

Anyway, getting back to the topic at hand... Like others on this forum, I too am a multi-instrumentalist, and (honest...) I actually have well over 15 instruments here in my music room in my house! Most of them are guitars (maybe they could be lumped in together as one, I don't know).

Trumpet
Cornet
Trombone
Baritone (i.e. Euphonium)
Tenor Sax
Clarinet
Recorder
(2) Harmonicas (one in C, the other in G)
Mandolin
Violin
Ukulele
Keyboards (my big, full size, 88-key, Yamaha DGX-505)
Fender Stratocaster
Gretsch hollowbody 5122 (awesome "Rockabilly" sound!)
Samick bass guitar
Alvarez 6 string acoustic
Yamaha 12 string acoustic
AND MY NICE (but entry level) ALESIS NITRO MESH ELECTRONIC DRUM SET

I have a "couple" of drum sets, a "few" snares and "some" cymbals, of course. But I have a lot of percussion items too. Also, a Yamaha keyboard. A Baby grand. Numerous acoustic and electric guitars, mostly Strats and Teles. Fender Jazz Bass. Dean fretless bass. Violin. And my 13 year old plays trumpet.....
