So many different brands of pedal springs.
Can anyone actually feel any difference between them ?

My Pearl Eliminator came with a thick spring I couldn't get loose enough without it bottoming out, so I replaced it with a thinner one. In the end, the whole pedal was too heavy for me.

I don't even want to feel it on a scale of 1- 100 about 20 is fine
Spring gets the beater back but doesn't interfere with it going 'in.
that's about a 20 ( % )

Geeze. I never really thought about it (till today.
maybe once before when someone on the internet asked)

I want my pedals to feel as close as possible to having no pedals at all. The DW9000 is closer to that than any other pedal I've ever tried. I have no idea how much of that is the spring itself, but I know the whole spring system has much to do with the pedal's smoothness.
