This is from the 9-piece horn band I've been playing with over the past year or so - the horns aren't on every tune, but they wail when they're on stage. Way more fun than I should be allowed to have for sure:

Make Me Smile
Peg
Easy
Rosanna
Natural Woman
Beginnings
Into The Mystic
What Is Hip?
If I Ain't Got You
Higher Ground
I Can't Make You Love Me
Sunshine Of My Life
Bohemian Rhapsody
Tiny Dancer
September
Sunday Morning
Vehicle
Saturday In The Park
Something To Talk About
Does Anybody Really Know What Time It Is?
Sir Duke
Great stuff man!

Kinda’ neat seeing what some are playing.

In The Rockabilly band I’ve been in for 23 years we never use a set list, we just go.

Been playing w/my sisters band(she’s a steel player) once a month or when she’s not on the road and here is a set list.

SET 1:
It’s A Smooth One
It’s A Sin To Tell A Lie
Rt 66
Peacock Alley
Sleepwalk
All Your Fault
Invitation To The Blues
Five, Ten, Fifteen
Teardrops From My Eyes
Rock This Joint
Summit Ridge Drive
Trouble In Mind
Moonlight In Vermont
Cookin’ At The Continental

SET 2:
Here We Go Again
Crazy For My Baby
Blues For Dixie
Canal St Parade
Tennessee Waltz
It’s Saturday Night
Lonesome Hearted Blues
Skylark
*Bump Bounce Boogie
*I Wanna Do More
Yeah, not having set lists is lots of fun, to. The group I band lead doesn't use them. We each have a copy of the SONG list, and we go in a circle, each member picking a tune. The member picking the tune has to have their pick ready by the end of the song we're playing, so transition to the next song is quick. Its fun because you don't know what's next, keeps you on your toes. Highly recommend it.

We don’t even have that! : )

It’s like ‘name that tune’...you hear the notes and your on.

We do this in the other band I play in, and I like this approach as well - it really does keep you on your toes, and it allows you to move with the audience's responses to what you're playing as well.

We did a stripped down version of In My Life on Friday during sound check. It was our first gig since our bassist passed away, so we did it as a tribute to him.
