Premier signia 75th anniversary kit

I was scrolling around on marketplace for either a cheap kit with cymbals and snare to help out a friend who wants to buy a kit…or something I could keep that has cymbals and stands, which I would put with a Rogers kit I’m selling, also for my friend…
Anyway that might sound confusing but I ended up seeing this one of 150 made signia kits for sale, it was a terribly written ad.. and the lady obviously didn’t know what she had.. because I got it cheap.
This one has an 18” bass which I haven’t seen before, and sadly the floor toms have been drilled for generic legs.
Overall this stuff is rough but it should clean up. I’m excited to have them, but I don’t really get into 18” bassdrums with the music I play.
Can Any premier experts chime in with some info on these?

I don't recall a Catalog or a Rebound magazine they were in (maybe somebody does only the magazine Ad) so size availability someone would either have to have a price list or..

yep appears to be small bass
unless somebody converted a floor and the orig bass is awol. With that Spur and FT Bracket it's almost interchangeable (? +/-
but no that looks like a dedicated Bass. And it has the Placard on it with the number.

There's a catalog on www.Drumarchive.com, just click on the Premier link and follow the catalogs down. You'll find the 75th Anniversary catalog there.

There never was an 18" BD (or floor tom) offered so this may well be a custom order or for an endorser. All the standard kits came in the same configuration, 10,12,14,16 and 22x18 though it wouldn't have been hard to substitute a standard 18 BD shell instead of the 22.

As Premier already made real 18x14 bass drums, I think its a diy conversion from an 18x16 btw.

The badges are located at spots Premier would never place them.

Her is the 22 for comparison.

same set yes. Fathers drums, he was a jazz guy that toured all over the place apparently… And he passed away a year or two ago. I spent all day Saturday trying to get a reply from this woman with no luck and finally googled her name and found a phone number. Reached out to her and she replied and said come on over and I got in the truck as fast as I could, lol. She did mention that her son was upset about seeing the drums go but nobody in the house knew how to play them, they were just sentimental to everybody

They came with 15 inch thin Zildjian hats that have holes drilled in them, a 20 inch Zildjian platinum ride, a 20 inch vintage Zildjian heavy ride, a 20 inch swish by Zildjian, and an 18 inch crash, also Zildjian, with rivets in it that I’m totally digging.
The drum set is number 67 out of 150. The bass drum is absolutely an 18 inch. It also has runs in the clear coat, which suggests that somebody haphazardly Sprayed some clear on it to try and freshen it up at one point? Also like I said they haphazardly stuck some extra brackets on the larger drums to put legs on them
