Interesting subtle difference. Don't think I've seen the model on the left. Had plenty of Cleve/ Dayton arms that look like the catalogued model on the right. I'd have to go with Fullerton. All the Fullerton kits I've had were Londoners and void of the cymbal arm so I've never seen one in person from that era.

I've been thru a ton of Rogers gear over the years, and I have never seen one like that on the left. Could you post a picture of the bottom of both of them?
Keeping the theme, the anomaly is always on the left. The oddity came as a complete arm set with the “PAT. PEND.”, “MADE IN U.S.A.” tilter from a second hand store. It was the only Rogers item I purchased.
