I am selling a Dunnett Titanium 6.5x14 snare drum. Its in excellent condition early 2001 build by legendary drum builder Ronn Dunnet. It comes with triple flanged hoops, nickleworks throw off used at the time, and 42-strand snare wires. Sounds amazing, it was used by the previous owner primarily in the studio and it looks as great as it sounds.

Magnets aren't attracted to some stainless steel alloys ....... at least, not strongly. Ti does not have magnetic properties.

But there is a considerable difference in density (that is weight/unit of volume) between Ti and any stainless alloy ........

Same here. A brushed stainless steel should be shinier because of its chromium content. While brushed titanium should be darker
