Product Details:

A very limited edition commemorative snare from the oldest American drum brand. In 1883 Friedrich Gretsch established the Gretsch musical instrument business in a small shop in Brooklyn and a heritage was born. In the following 125 years, Gretsch Drums has blossomed to develop a musical legacy featuring industry innovations, a hall of fame endorsement roster and, of course, that great Gretsch sound.

OMG! If that had a WMP finish I would be forced to run in the other direction to save myself from myself. Beautiful snare drum and great price.

I think the reason those were 4.5" is because the Lighting throw off will not fit on a 4" shell.

I have a modern Gretsch 4x14 that I special ordered around 2005 or thereabouts and you could only get it with the Nickelworks throw off.

Cool drum.
