Yeah, I'm a little surprised, as well... :)

The wiki has the average weight for these at 2114g but we can always do with more. Yours has a 1981 serial number (close to the end of the Black Label period and the first of the Red Labels).

Any chance of getting a weight for this one? And are there thin vs medium 2002 flat rides as there are with Formula 602 flat rides? Slapstick's comment made me think there might be. Or are we just talking about weighs at the lower end of the range?

I can get a weight for you within a couple of days. If I remember correctly, this one is on the more medium weight side. I may have a short video of it as well- I'll check and post, if so.

I used to have one of these along with several other Paiste flat rides. I don't think the 2002 was offered in different weights, just "Flat Ride". I had one in the 80's with black lettering. This one could have been mine. It's a steal at $200. I don't know why old Paistes don't get more love.

Thats cool! I forgot that I can’t upload a video directly from my phone on the forum, but I have a video of me playing it, if someone wants to send a private message with their phone number or email.
