I bought this set custom order from Interstate Music in Nov 1999
Sizes are
16x22" kick


8x10"


8x13" (cut down from 11x13" by Jon Zoog @ Dallas Drum)


16x16" floor


shells are 6 ply birch/poplar made in Monroe, North Carolina
Drums are in very good shape, wear is commensurate with their age and frequent performance
Ludwig produced this line for maybe 5-6 years. I would put them up against any American kit on the market now.

Not gonna lie, the tom mount does its job well...but its not pretty. I bought it used off ebay in pretty rough shape. The good news is you can mount the top of a cymbal stand in front of it and...boom...you have a place to mount a cymbal and it masks the ugly tom mount well

Everything about this kit appeals to me, especially the cut-down tom (I play the larger mounted tom where the 10" is).

But I really, really want a classic maple kit. Which is a shame because I bought your 13" Sensitone brass snare and it is a killer snare. There would be a certain symmetry to buying a kit from you!

after perusing reverb and ebay for this line of drums, I can say with confidence the buyer will own an American made drumset which few drummers have even had the chance to play, much less own
