late 70s / early 80s Sonor Phonic

9-ply Beechwood shells in all toms / bass drum
8” / 10” concert toms
12” / 13” rack toms
16” / 18” floor toms
22” bass drum
14x6.5” ferromanganese steel snare drum

Incredible drums that can do anything you need — they go up for jazz, down for hard rock, and every step in between.
Normal wear on all drums.

Ahead Armor soft cases for all toms and bass drum

Hardware included:
  • 2 pairs of floor tom legs, all w/ Gibraltar suspension feet
  • Bass drum double tom mount
  • Triple stand w/ two tom arms and one cymbal arm
Snare stand NOT included

Some pictures show no mufflers — I have all tom mufflers, as described below.

Beautiful drums its a shame they didn't have the sonor badges on the front of the toms what were they thinking.

Man, what a beautiful set of drums. Those are what i was considering back in 1980. I don't need a time machine, I just need $4.000.

I wonder what a new Sonor kit with all those drums would cost? At least twice that much.

I reckon an SQ2 in those sizes would cost around $15K or so.

Yeah $4K is an amazing deal.
I would buy them today if I had the cash and extra space.
I have the money, the space, and the desire to buy them. Now then, the only problem is the 6000 mile round trip from Boston...

Not including the snare stand seems like a deal breaker to me j/k.
