My 1st paying gig was with a Reggae band called Haile Unlikely (90's). It was an original band, but we did cover I Shot the Sheriff. This psst week I decided to play some Bob Marley tunes GREAT STUFF.
Besides "I Shot ", I don't recall ever playing to Marley.
Hopefully the lsst time I use the EAD10. Hello Studio One :)
Anyway here's a few

LOVE Waiting in Vain, although I figured out a different approach to playing it.
Thanks for showing me the correct way.
Cool band name, too. ;)

Do "Duppy Conqueror V.4"! :headbang:

I forgot how much I used to listen to him, until about a week ago. I'd like to hear your take on it, as I was going to play a Dancehall type beat throughout. At the time I did em, I just wanted to see if could keep time throughout.
Yeah, Haile Unlikely was a super fun band. No drama, they were so chill. Horns, and a female co vocalist was also great. They're actually still together, at leastuntil recently. That's impressive
I definitely didn't play it correctly lol. I just wanted to keep time on the breaks. Most if not all didn't sound how I intended. I shouldn't be allowed to think.
I appreciate ya checking it out
