What a beauty. I think that during this era Sonor was watching everyone else from the rear view mirror. Interesting that the bass drum has Ferro hoops, I don’t think that is stock but not sure on that.

Doesn’t surprise me that there is no audio, there is probably $300 worth of batter heads on that bad boy.

There's something about those drums that are still special to me. The Signatures just call to me like no other line they've made before or since. It's very hard to not consider just putting together a used set of Sig Lites and forget about buying a new set. I'm convinced that Scandinavian Birch is the best birch tone wood on the face of the Earth. But I have to admit that the heavy beech shells are one of the few drums I've ever heard that can make an Ambassador batter head sound like a million bucks.
These are truly the best drums that Sonor ever made.

That's an amazing kit. That's close to $13,000. I'm sure it's more than worth it. I went thru their whole website and they have a bunch of other neat kits. Really nice stuff!
