Paiste 602 Medium ride is what first came to mind. I have the 22" and it ticks all your boxes. If you want less wash, the 2002 Ride (my go-to).
IMO you have to go to a Medium Thin to get close.
I use nylon tip 5As and 5Bs

The 20” Paiste Masters Dry in the for sale section sounds EXACTLY like what you’re describing.
I have a 22” 2002 Ride that clicks all those boxes.

The Meinl Chris Coleman ride that you see in the video is almost exactly what I’m looking for but a bit clangy. Ideally I’d have something that breathes a bit more, maybe something like a K Custom Hybrid ride. I see another Zildjian in my future…or maybe a Sabian based on a few of the suggestions here…

A Custom. The regular ones. They had a 21 A Custom anniversary or something like that…it would be ideal for your description. I’d add the Armand rides too.

Sabian AA Bash Ride, Zildjian A Sweet Ride, Zildjian 21” K crash ride, Istanbul Xist (they’re a bit heavier, but still really nice).
The Sabian Crystal ride I heard had a bell, but apparently that's rare, the vast majority are flat rides, which I have not heard.
