I picked up a used Speed Cobra double pedal and the bearing for the second pedal is very loose and has a lot of play. I haven't messed with it too much yet, but I was wondering if anyone has seen this before on these pedals?

Mine has a rattle that seems to be coming from that same area. I've tried adjusting most every component on that side and it hasn't made a difference. Starting to drive me crazy.

This is definitely too much play for a bearing and shaft of this size. I wrote to Tama support. I'll let you know what they say.

Interesting that the parts aren't available from the TAMA Parts Catalog for virtually any of the S-C models on either primary/secondary pedal.

The bearing part number is :608 2RS , get a SKF German made one, or 608ZZ.

I've found bearing replacements on a few pedals are standard items you can find at Ace Harware and Home Depot.

It's not the bearing. My pedal is practically brand new and the bearings are in perfect condition. The bearing itself does not sit in the housing correctly to keep it stable. This is a bad design.
