This should’ve been one of the ads in that campaign from the 80’s.

It’s just missing the dude sitting on the couch eating pizza and staring at his drums.

Covered in sweat.

I can’t tell if that’s an insult to me or not and I love it

Sorry. Absolutely not an insult.

It just feels right.

Nice drums!
Thanks! I still need 3 stands (including hi-hat stand), a couple cymbal arms, a few more crashes and maybe a China/China splash, and then I’m good lol

I have a few of those double braced stands that your ride is on, haha, they are heavy!

That’s not even my ride! Haha. That’s an 18” K Custom Dark crash. I loaned out my 22” Sabian Anthology to my church for a weekend.

So, what exactly is the plan for the 14" tom? I see you moved it from the armchair to the shelf since last pic. :icon_e_wink:

Turn the kit around so you can watch TV while you play. Put the pizza on the floor tom. Gotta pay attention to ergonomics and economy of motion.

Looks great. You’ll figure out what works for you once you have a hi hat in place, but for me I’d tuck the floor tom in tighter to the bass drum, run the 14” on the bass drum and fly the two smaller toms above the hi hat. Half the fun of a big kit is trying different configurations out
