I have a pair of concert used Premier Carl Palmer sticks. It was his first tour with ASIA. Carl had his Premier Stainless steel kit, Premier timpanis and of course the 2 Paiste gongs!

It's a VF SD1 - Round tip. Diameter .635. Length 16 3/8.

I like the length. I'd play 'em if they weren't an heirloom item.
Isn't that a concert snare drum stick? No wonder she irreversibly damaged her shoulder. Bad technique plus those heavy sticks. Really unfortunate.

I have a pair of Gretsch Mel Lewis 7D sticks ( see picture ) . I occasionally use the BopWorks Mel Lewis signature stick and it is different than the Gretsch model . The BopWorks ML stick has a smaller tip and longer taper and are lighter .
