RADICAL Man!Here is a kit I just can't get rid of. 1988 Pearl BLX 6 ply 7.5mm all Birch shell in Sequoia Red. No pipes penetrating the shells. Using RIMS mounts here. Sweet powerfull Birch sound with great projection. Sounds great with Clear G2's. Changed out all the lugs to the 3 part long lug which has zero problems. 14" Floor Tom is a Sessions Custom Birch/Kapur in Sequoia Red.

Yesterday box 3 came in (I expected box 1), today box 2 comes in, and tomorrow box 1 shoudl come in.
I wasn’t shure about it but it was added in the days of hanging floor toms.I like the tom bracket on that floor tom.
You could lay it on its side, play it like a bass drum and actually mount a tom AND a cymbal on it.
...or...
Use the tom bracket to attach other noise makers, when used as a floor tom.
...or...
Remove the legs, and use the tom bracket to fly it off a cymbal stand.
Very cool, very simple, adaptation.
Love it.
Elite tom holder! One of the "for sale" photos.

Hmmm, I guess you gotta have something to keep you warm during those long Canadian winters...The afternoon sun on Sonor's red oyster wrap... I'd lick it like a giant lollipop... View attachment 585163

You may be joking but it took me years to figure out that the Sonor logo was actually mallets. I'd always thougt it looked like lollipops,, or maybe conceptual art trees....Welp, guess I’ll never look at the Sonor mallet logo the same way ever again.
