Is the fl tom 3 ply?
I happen to have a 3 ply B&B 12,14,20 w/ matching in Red Glass. Mine does not have the extra mount near the bass reso though, otherwise yes, including snare arm.

Thank you brother.Ant, Great history told by the original owner. Great score x2! Enjoy!!! Gary
It will stay as isGreat kit! that snare head though.
I’m 48 and have been collecting, buying , selling and restoring vintage drums since I’m 12 years old. This is awesome! Both Mr. Scherr's story and insights as well as the new owner's are wonderful and inspiring. b&blugmug is obviously of a much more recent "vintage," but he totally gets the idea of care and the seriousness these these fine instruments deserve. And he sounds great playing the drums, getting fine tones out of them.
Yeah ya do! Cool stuff.I’m 48 and have been collecting, buying , selling and restoring vintage drums since I’m 12 years old.
I still have the first set I ever played in 1979… a 1965 gold sparkle Slingerland Krupa outfit.
I know the ropes as they say.
Glad you dig the vid… that set is a true beauty.
Thank you for the kind words

I own probably 30 or 40 drums from the 50s and 60s with original headsAmazing that he never changed the heads.
