I went on a Zombies kick last summer. What a great band. I like this interpretation of "She's Not There." It sort of reminds me of a group like Hayseed Dixie doing country versions of AC/DC, or The Bad doing jazz versions of songs like "Iron Man," or indeed Jacques Loussier (or any number of 70s prog bands) doing Bach. The fact that songs can be translated through different genres successfully speaks to both the classic nature of the composition (transcending era and genre) and also the talent of the interpreters to make a fresh and relevant rendition.
