Hello drummer friends. I've been on the lookout for any 5.5 wood snares from Joyful noise models but online i've only seen 6.5 models. Do you guys know if they make this size by any chance ? Any experience playing any of their snares ? Curios to hear your thoughts/experience .

I did not browse the full site , but a quick glance at their home page shows at least the maple single ply snares available in 7x14, 6.5x14, 5x14, and 4x14 sizes.

Very nice drums, but I feel like I can get a very similar sound from a much less expensive drum.
