I'm looking for a new cymbal set to replace my (borrowed) Sabian B8s which are awful. I'm looking for a traditional set that works for most types of music. Within my budget I'm looking at
Turkish Classic
Istanbul Agop Traditional
Amedia Classic

Ultimately it's up to me and my ears, but would like your input if you have/are using any of these sets and what was your experience live or in studio.

Agop would be my first choice followed very closely by the Amedia

There's always a risk of not liking a cymbal when you get to hear it in person.
In the event that you don't like what you choose, the Agops would be the only option of the three that would get you any of your money back.

Sound advice! (pun intended) :)
