trouble signing in

Used to left click on ' SIGN IN ", fill out name and password and I was in. Now I have to right click,' OPEN " and left click to get there. Is this a new proceedure ? Also, why do I have to sign in 3-4 times daily, sometimes more ? Just wondering. Benny K

nothing has changed on our end that i am aware of. made any changes to your computer or browser by any chance?
