Gorgeous. Are you using single ply or double ply heads? Tell us a bit about the all walnut sound!

Thanks Pimp-a-diddle!
I'm using G1 Clear/G1 Clear on all the toms, Emad Coated/Fiberskyn FD Powerstroke 3 on the bass drum and Emad Clear/Fiberskyn FD Powerstroke 3 on the gong bass.

Walnut has a dark, rich and warm tone.

Masterpiece is exactly correct. Unix makes the most gorgeous drums.

I'd love to hear these beauties! Will you ever gig them?

Those are gorgeous drums!
Good grief ... and they sound phenomenal.

But you’ve got them setup backwards. The hi hat should be on the other side.

Great sounding kit, nicely played too.

Yours sound a lot like mine; Hendrix walnut stave, similar construction as yours and I think we're running the same heads); is your kick wide open?

Thanks guys!

All the toms have G1 Clear top and bottom and the bass drum has an Emad Coated (with the small ring) on the batter side and a Fiberskyn FD Powerstroke 3 on the resonant side.

Beautiful kit there, very classy looking, and they sound very dominant. Are they very heavy, because stave construction can be very thick, depending on who made them? Do you move those around or are they your stay at home studio kit? You must be very proud to own those beauties!
