Very nice, some people claim they're consistently better- made than the Ludwig equivalents .

I have a blackrome kit from that era and can find no fault .

Is that the Violin-red wood-stain? If so, keep it out of prolonged sunlight, because it does fade. I have a spitfire-snapshot snare in that stunning finish. Absolutely lovely looking drums, and the sound is to die for. Great haul!
