Be first on line. If a drum set was mentioned I'm the estate sale advertising, there will be other buyers there early.

I once camped out on the lawn the night before. Never dawned on me that the daughter was still in the house. It was an estate sale for crying out loud. Cops ran me out.

But I was still first in line the next morning. Got me my '59 trans badge blue sparkle kit, totally worth the risk.

Hello! Long time listener, first time caller! My wife sent me a picture from an estate sale listing. I have a chance to go look early. From what I can tell, it’s maybe a late 60s early 70s Rogers holiday set. I don’t know a ton about Rogers, but I know they’re awesome. Hopefully the rest of the hoops are there somewhere. The stack of cymbals also definitely piqued my attention. I was wondering if anyone could tell anything about these drums from the bad picture I have. Thanks!

Great find! if you decide to buy make sure to see if the owner has the rims and lug screws for the bottoms of the floor and 13 “ toms.

Fantastic, thank you for shaing and congratulations. Threads like these are almost as good as finding the deals myself. All of the excitement, none of the "oh snap, I bought another set of drums?!?!?" that sets in a few days later.

Excuse the messy room, but I finally got all the parts and heads in, except for one bass drum spur, which will be here this week. I took all the hardware off of each drum and got everything all cleaned up. They sound and feel fantastic. Much different than my maple custom absolutes lol! None of the collet noses are cracked, but they don’t all seem to actually put any tension on what they are supposed to tighten. Are they just old and worn out? Thanks so much for everyone’s help! I really love them!
