I’ve been playing a “suitcase kit” at some low key gigs lately. I was digging the sound but wanted something a little more reliable. Spent this weekend putting it together, not completely finished yet but it’s pretty close, I’ll add a port in front for a mic and that’ll be it. I also replaced the face plate on my cajon for some acoustic dates. Been a ton of fun putting this stuff together. Attached pictures of my 1.0 design and the newer 2.0 and the cajon.

Took 2.0 for a spin last night. It did not disappoint. I am shocked at the punch this thing has. Band mates where stunned. I dig a scaled down setup, really makes you focus on the song and creativity with minimal targets. Does anyone else use a setup like this on the reg?
