Somebody in CA is parting out a Vintage Red Rockstar set (just like mine). It obviously sat where there was some moisture in the air because some of the rims have rusted a little, along with some screws. Of course, there are some scratches on the finish, but I'm going to watch the items and see how they do. Maybe I could pick up some more drums for CHEAP! :twisted:

You know, the auctions I see on ebay where I think the item willl go for big money and I don't have a hope in hell, I usually win, and those I think that I'll win it for peanuts go for big money (not my big money, I hasten to add!).

Ebay is a strange beast.

I agree! I guess I'm trying to follow in the footsteps on some posters on here by picking up some drums in not-so-great condition and restoring them.
