The trumpet player in our jazz band me this yesterday. I kinda like it, but then again, I like everyone who's playing on this. I am alwasy amazed at some of the different ways Bob Dylan songs get covered.

Phil Seymour's take on the Bobby Fuller classic....


...I think Fuller may have also influenced Marshall Crenshaw on this song. I hear a lot of similarities....

Have to admit, never heard Clutch before.....reminds me of a band I was in back in the 80's.

I have watched and listened to Hiromi Uehara and the Trio Project many times and did again recently. People can debate whether Simon Phillips did a better job with that trio but I was watching Steve Smith perform in one vid and apart from Hiromi just blowing me away as always, Steve Smith did a fantastic job and even an extended solo that was masterful. Great stuff !!!

This Trio included Chuck Israels and Paul Motian doing some very nice brush work....


...I've heard far too many songs off this album not to own it....Hello, Amazon?...
