This may be a dupe, but I love it. Someone was asking in another thread about albums or recordings with no drummer to practice with. Well, here ya go...

I’ve been taking old vinyl records and transferring Them into my laptop. This one is from 28 years ago and was only released on vinyl. I played with them for a Few years and we recorded 7 songs total. Time flies!

LBCD,

I have some stuff I did in the studio back in the 80's and 90's I'd like to put on my computer.
Could I interface with just a patch cord?
Say, headphone jack to USB input?

I bought a USB portable Cd player that is for that reason, $20 from amazon and has a USB cable hard wired to it! Hook it to the computer and a window opens up with the songs, import them into itunes and then convert to MP3. I installed Audacity with all the tools to clean up the recordings and youtube has instructional video's for Audacity.

Finding some kind of odd cosmic connection between these two songs, for some reason.....
