What did I buy? 10/13" Wooden Timbales

The price was cheap...the sizes likable, the wrap similar to a few other drums I have and I thought the lugs were Kents....however I've never seen a 10" Kent nor Kent timbales (I was expecting half shells).

So...the lugs are smaller and less bulky than Kents. the 10 has a single flange hoop. The 13 I'm guessing did...because 3 of the lugs were moved...I think to accomidate triple flange hoops. Both have diamond plate mounts.

The shells are 1 or 2 ply (also Kent like) and tuck into each other (like old ludwig). Doesn't look like they had mufflers. I'm thinking European but the rods if original are no screw type.

Then there's the small chip of wrap missing and the mesh below.

On FB the concensus is that these were Kent made, possibly for one of the other related labels (paramount?)
