The current thick Ludwig keystone is my current favourite badge .

Close second is the Sonor Vintage series badge .

i like the simplicity of the oval badge from N&C

I also really like the 110th Anniversary badge Ludwig did on the Classic Maple kits .

My absolute bar none favourite is not even a badge per se . It is the wood burnt Logo that N&C offers on their drums . I especially like the reveal logos where the wood pokes through the finish .

Agreed 100%

This is an old shot from Nick as my kit was being built, the wood burn and reveal options are amazing!

People like what they are used to. It works the same way with names.

Maybe it's just the era I'm from, but I've always loved the Ludwig Blue/Olive badge. To the young me, it was the epitome of cool. Too bad it is so often associated with B-stock these days.

If I ever get a Ludwig kit I want that badge .
And curved spurs and Silver Sparkle
That’s the epitome of a Rock kit to me .

Lord how I disliked those B/O badges when I had my Vistalites way back then…. The color scheme reminded me of my parent’s 1970s AMC Hornet station wagon.

Funny thing nostalgia. I love that badge now.

DW Collector's standard badge, followed by Ludwig olive/blue, and then Ludwig cast.
