These days I'm mostly doing straight up blues gigs so I'm keeping it simple:
14" Sabian HHX Stage Hats
18" Sabian HHX Studio Crash
20" 60's Zildjian A Ride (very crashable)

Haven't played a gig since last April. But my standard set up is (L to R):

14" older (90's) K over 14" A quick beat top
19" Soultone old school patina crash ride
20" Bosphorus traditional ride 2700g
18" Dream vintage Bliss crash ride.

I may swap out the ride for a 20" K Con medium depending on venue.

For jazz gigs, 15" Kerope hat's, 21" Agop Mel Lewis or 20" K Con Light, and 22 Agop SE Jazz or 22 SE TW.

Without getting into specifics....it's easier for me to decide which cymbals or cymbal sets not to bring along.
Otherwise my old touring cymbal set that until recently lived at a rehearsal space in the city....hadn't seen them in over a year and finally went into town to get them as I can't see that band touring anytime soon....
All A's........20" ride, 16" and 18" crashes, 14" hats. These could cover pretty well anything and often did especially at festivals if I partook in "hat bands".

I change it up, but it’s primarily new Ks, old As, old Ks and combinations of those.

Jazz setup, Vintage 24 A. Spizz 22. Old A 15s or 16s. Zildjian K con light.

My church gigs, it varies…
22 K Con Renn, 20 K Con MTL. Crash hats. Other rides I use are K Light, K Dark Med, K Heavy.

Sometimes a swish or china in there, or another crash. Mostly K family crashes, but also a 16” CIE.

After buying/selling/trading a LOT of cymbals over the past few years, I've narrowed down to 2 sets, one bright and one dark. I have been using them interchangeably, it really just depends on how I feel and which bag I grab when heading out the door. If I had to choose just one set, it would be the 2002s, they can do anything when played accordingly.

20" thin crash
19" thin crash
18" thin crash
14" medium hats (looking to change these out)

Masters
21" medium ride
18' dark crash
17" dark crash
16" dark crash
15" dark hats

I'm currently gathering what I need to do a smaller set of 2002s, planning on 16" and 17" thin crashes to go with my 20" ride and the 14" medium hats.

18” BFR crash w/one rivet (sometimes replaced by a Jazz series thin crash)

20” BFR ride w/two rivets
