What's the Biggest Drum Product Whiff of the Decade?

Aquarian in-head and on-head electronic pads and heads, not sure past decade, probably a little older. Seems like a really good idea but they were expensive having to have a box for each to run to the module. I'm surprised there's not a mesh head somehow with a trigger built in to give better trigger response.

Another electronic, but still older than a decade, Zildjian Gen 16, great idea but too expensive and just didn't sound good. Really surprised they haven't tried to improve on the concept.

I can think of something in the past decade. I don't think it's been mentioned yet. I'm not going to say and will wait to see if anyone mentions it.
