Why not have an Off Topic sub forum?

the predecessor to this forum tried it. it was always a mess. of the few problems that we have on the forum, its almost always in off topic subjects. i think having a section for it would just enable it even more.

I like the way it is with "OT" before off-topic thread titles. I don't have to click on it if I don't want to. I usually can't help clicking it, though!

I wish the OP's with no topic or content besides a link to a video could be identified in the title as well. I generally don't have time to watch a video when I'm sneaking in some DFO during work time. Something like "VO" for "video only" or something like that would be nice. Oh, well - it's still the best forum anyway.
