Yamaha Concert tom stand

Do you know if the 'arms' can be removed and replaced with generic hardware? The base might serve well as a single tom holder/cymbal stand...maybe

The "spades" shown in the 2nd photo are correct for that stand. 900 series from early 1980's with adjustable angle and height. And complete as shown. The next line down have fixed, non-adjustable spade mounts.
The 900's are actually quite scarce to find in good working condition since the elbow joint leading to the spade is often snapped off or seriously twisted from years of abuse. These were used on sizes from 8" right up to 16".
The clip mounts themselves are normally found attached to the concert toms.
The entire double mount section can be removed from the main stand base.....and the stand used for other cymbal and tom mounts. Makes no sense to separate out such a stand as they are darn hard to find complete.
