I finished a room in the basement a couple years ago and it is a relatively small space but I can set up a couple of kits and store most of my stuff. Hope to finish the full basement and have a proper music room/rehearsal space in the future.
Current setups in play:
South Side ---> Sonor SQ1 (10, 12, 13, 14, 16, 22):

North Side ----> Gretsch Broadkaster (12, 16, 18 w/Ludwig 13 tom on left side)

Now that quarantine is in effect some drum stuff is escaping from cases and leaking up to the main living space.

I'd love to see a list detailing the cymbals on those walls.
Hj JDA.....26"--28"---& 30".....all Zildjian....and with a little twist on the top wall hook, they come off the wall and can be set up and played....which usually happens when my drummer friends come over for a night of reminiscing and Crown Royal !!!!

These photos are a little old but you can get the idea. I have used the pandemic down time to catch up on little projects and straighten up the drum room and my garage. When we had an addition added to our house I got the contractors to put pink insulation in the interior walls for this room and that worked out pretty well for soundproofing from the rest of the house.

been messing around in my drum room i have 3 sets set up and i still have room for a couple more ( not that i'm trying to fill it up )
How helpful have you found the hanging moving blankets? Been thinking of a similar option as well to help control the sound in the room. Do they lower the decibel level much as well?
